Helping Parents
Family Responsibilities Financial Responsibilities Helping Parents Health Admissions

Any adult who will be helping in the class three or more times must have a TB test.

Siblings or other extra children may not participate in any field trip.

Helping parents must arrive at 8:45 a.m. for the morning class, 12:15 p.m. for the afternoon class.

The scheduled helping parent is responsible for obtaining his/her own replacement if he/she is unable to serve on a scheduled date; it will be their responsibility to take the next scheduled date assigned to the substitute family.

Class cannot be held without two helping parents.

The classroom door will not be opened until there are two helping parents in the classroom.  Parents and children will need to wait outside in the play area or in their car until both helpers arrive.

All helping parent schedule changes should be written on the schedule posted in the classroom and all changes should be reported to the coordinating parent.

Siblings may not be in the classroom on your helping parent days since your attention needs to be focused on the preschool children.
