Child must be 3 by Dec. 31 of the current school year for the 3's class; child must be 4 by Dec. 31 of the current school year for the 4's class. Child must have up to date immunization form signed by the doctor in order to attend school. Child must have signed emergency medical treatment form on file in the classroom. Child must have a signed permission slip for each field trip. Child needs to be toilet trained. Pull-ups are not acceptable. If a child has an accident in school there should be a change of clothes in his/her book bag. Allocation of slots for the following school year will be determined by a lottery if more than 13 in 3's class; 16 for a 4's class. Returning families request a particular session prior to the Feb. 14 cut-off date. |
